Privacy Policy for Users
3b SpA with registered office in Salgareda (TV), via delle Industrie 1, 31040, VAT no. 01749830269 (hereinafter, the “Owner”), owner of the website http://www.3bspa.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), as the controller of the personal data of users who browse and are registered on the Site (hereinafter, the “Users”) provides the following privacy information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, the “Regulation” or “Applicable Regulation”).
Please note that the data controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at privacy@3bspa.com. This Site and any services offered through the Site are reserved for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age. The Data Controller does not collect personal data relating to subjects under the age of 18. Upon request of the Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data inadvertently collected and relating to subjects under the age of 18.
The Data Controller takes the utmost account of the right to privacy and protection of personal data of its Users.
For any information in relation to this privacy policy, Users may contact the Data Controller at any
time, using the methods described in point 4.
1. Purpose of processing
The personal data of the Users will be lawfully processed by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation for the following processing purposes:
a. Browsing the site, in relation to the possibility of detecting the User's data necessary at a technical level, such as e.g. the IP address, while browsing the site.
b. Legal obligations, or to fulfill obligations established by law, by an authority, by a regulation or
by European legislation.
c. Response to requests for information, via the appropriate submission form.
The provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is optional but necessary, since failure to provide them will make it impossible for the User to navigate the site, register on the Site and use the services offered by the Data Controller on the Site.
With reference to the purposes referred to in points 1/a, 1/c, the legal basis of the processing is in fact the execution of the services provided through the Site and requested by you (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Privacy Regulation 2016/679);
with reference to the purposes referred to in point 1/b of the previous paragraph, the legal basis of the processing is to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the Privacy Regulation 2016/679).
2. Processing methods and data retention times
The Data Controller will process the personal data of Users using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data. The personal data of the Users of the Site will be retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes illustrated in the previous paragraph 1, or in any case as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both the Users and the Data Controller.
3. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
The personal data of Users may be disclosed to the employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller in charge of managing the Site. These individuals, who are formally appointed by the Data Controller as “persons in charge of processing”, will process the User's data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this information and in compliance with the provisions of the
Applicable Regulations. The personal data of Users may also be disclosed to third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller as “External Data Processors”, such as, for example, suppliers of IT and logistics services functional to the operation of the Site, suppliers of outsourcing or cloud computing services, professionals and consultants.
The data may also be communicated to the Financial Administration and/or other public authorities where required by law or upon their request.
Users have the right to obtain a list of any data processors appointed by the Data Controller,
by making a request to the Data Controller using the methods indicated in the following paragraph 4.
4. Rights of the Interested Parties
Users may exercise the rights guaranteed to them by the Applicable Regulations by contacting the Data Controller using the following
methods:
- By sending a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office of the Data Controller
- By sending an email to privacy@3bspa.com;
Pursuant to the Applicable Regulations, users may exercise the rights set forth in art. 15 and following of the Regulation, in the manner provided for in art. 12 of the same.
If you believe that the processing concerning you violates the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with an Authority of control (in the Member State in which they habitually reside, in the one in which they work or in the one in which the alleged infringement occurred).
